REFUND POLICY
What our lawyer makes us say about refunds:
See our full Terms of Service here.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law:
Our Online Course has guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel this Agreement with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Except as required by law we do not warrant the quality of the Online Courses or warrant that it will meet your expectations or provide refunds. We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, where you fail to provide us with adequate information, where you can no longer partake in part or all of an Online Course, or where you fail to comply with our instructions.
If we need to cancel part of a Course, we will provide a refund.
On occasion we may cancel an Online Course where we are no longer able to provide it. In these or similar circumstances where we have to cancel the whole Course, we will provide you with a full refund. On occasion we may also need to change times or dates of sessions at short notice or even cancel parts of an Online Course. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.
We can refuse your participation in our Online Courses at any time.
We may change, or stop providing our Online Courses, Website and Services at any time. We may also stop you using our Website and Services and disable your ability to purchase of our Online Courses and any account and revoke your permission to use any Materials if you breach this Agreement. We are not responsible to you for any changes, or if we suspend or stop our Online Courses.
In layman's terms:
Do you offer refunds?
We 100% stand by the quality of our program and learnings and, therefore, do not offer refunds outside of our Australian consumer laws and unless otherwise stated (as in some cases, we have a 14-day refund policy).
If you accidentally purchased the program and haven't yet logged in, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
No refund applies if you have joined the course Facebook group, attended coaching calls, accessed any modules, and/or fall outside of any stated refund period. I appreciate that sometimes 'life happens'; however, that doesn't entitle you to a refund on a non-refundable product (see more below).
Our refund policy:
All your payments—including deposits, trials, events, coaching or course payments —are non-refundable.
Why?
Two reasons.
Firstly, we don't sell gadgets.
We sell online products and training full of over twenty years of knowledge, experience, and time. These also come with hours of hands-on help, time, and energy.
And none of these things can be returned.
Secondly, I know from experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts.
How those little voices can pop into your head and talk you out of doing "scary" things (when you know those scary things are going to help you achieve your scary goals)
How easy it is to say, “Oh, no, I don’t need this”, "I probably should keep trying to DIY it for a bit longer", or "Eek. I'm so busy! Oops! I changed my mind!
So I’m doing the thing you are paying me to do.
I am helping you to keep your commitments by putting my foot down and saying, “Nope. None of that.”
My friend Lisa said it best:
"When you buy a ticket to a Beyonce concert, and then decide you don’t feel like going, or it’s too far to drive, or you can’t find a babysitter, or get sick, or whatever… what happens? You don’t go. You stay home. You miss out. Are you going to write an email to Beyonce and ask for a refund? NO! Beyonce isn't refunding your money because you didn't show up, regardless of the reason. She put on the show still, danced and sang her heart out, and unfortunately, you missed it. You aren't getting your money back because you were a no-show, and she doesn't owe you a private performance to make up for it, either. The show went on. You weren't there. End of story."
I also believe you should always treat other business people how you would like to be treated.
Respect your time—respect mine. I show up to the coaching calls ready for you. It's up to you to turn up, and if you don't, you aren't entitled to a refund.
And respect your decision to invest in yourself, your business and your future.
A note on payment plans. You are responsible for completing all payment plans associated with purchasing any digital product. We will seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via a Collection Agency. Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be cancelled.

PS—We are super proud of the value and quality of our programs, courses, and products. We've poured our hearts, souls, blood, sweat, and tears into them (not literally; that's just gross).
But what we are trying to say is that we have done the work, but at the end of the day, the results you get are always going to be up to you—up to whether you commit, show up fully, and do the work.
